The Dynamics Systems and Emerging Technologies Control  Lab  (DS&ET) has several academic prototypes for research purposes. Some of the infraestructure is listed below:

Pioneer P3-DX mobile robot for autonomous navigation, manipulation and multi-robot cooperation purposes.

Quadrotor Qball

Subactuated system. Unmanned Aerial Vehicle indoor research activities.

3D CRANE

Subactuated system. Highly nonlinear three-dimensional model of industrial crane system.

Pendulum & Cart

Subactuated system. The Pendulum & Cart System consists of a pole mounted on a cart. The cart is driven by a DC motor.

Flexible Robot

2 DOF Serial Flexible Joint system. Subactuated system. It consists of two DC motors, each driving a two-bar serial linkage via a harmonic gearbox.

Mechatronic KIT

Mechatronics Control Kit, Quanser. Research in real-time control and identification. The kit consists in four ready to assemble plants: a DC-motor, a Pendubot, a Reaction Wheel Pendulum and a Furuta Pendulum.

Pentaxis ROBOT

5 DOF robot system.
